Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of Toxoplasma gondii infection in Xinji infertility patients. Results Totally 123 cases of Toxoplasma gondii antibody were positive in infertility patients, the positive rate was 7.58% (123/1 622). In the control group, 20 cases were positive, the positive rate was 2.61% (20/766). There was significant difference between the two groups Significance (χ2 = 22.84, P <0.01). Among 77 infertile patients, the positive rate was 9.49% (77/811); the positive rate was 46.7% (46/811) in women, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.45, P <0.01). Among the 123 positive cases of infertility group, 45 of them often dined outside, accounting for 36.59% (45/123); 36 liked eating hot pot or barbecuing, accounting for 29.27% (36/123); 30 had their family There are cats and dogs in the case, accounting for 24.39% (30/123).
