针对10 mm厚的7A05铝合金采用搅拌摩擦焊接技术进行单道焊接试验,利用光学显微镜等工具对焊接接头组织及力学性能等进行了研究,结果表明:在转速一定时,随着焊接速度的增加,可以细化焊接接头焊核区的微观组织;焊接接头的抗拉强度随着焊接速度的增加先增加而后基本稳定,而屈服强度随着焊接速度的增加,无明显变化。
Aiming at the single pass welding test of 10 mm thick 7A05 aluminum alloy by friction stir welding, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied by means of optical microscope. The results show that with the increase of welding speed , The microstructure of weld nugget area can be refined. The tensile strength of welded joint increases first and then stabilizes with the increase of welding speed, while the yield strength changes little with the increase of welding speed.
