报告了为适龄儿童注射乙脑疫苗致速发型过敏反应5例的临床表现及抢救治疗,并对发生过敏反应的原因进行了探讨。乙脑疫苗系生物制品,是引起过敏反应的抗原。认为5例反应者首先考虑是过敏型体质所致,但对乙脑疫苗质量也应引起注意。为了儿童的安全,注射乙脑疫苗要缓慢,同时应备急救药品。
The clinical manifestations and rescue treatment of 5 cases of haemorrhagic anaphylaxis induced by injecting JE vaccine into children of school age were reported and the causes of anaphylaxis were also discussed. JE vaccine is a biological product, is caused by anaphylactic reaction antigen. It is considered that the five responders are the first to be caused by allergic constitution, but the quality of Japanese encephalitis vaccine should also be noticed. For children’s safety, JE vaccine should be injected slowly, and emergency medicine should be prepared.
