本文应用色谱/质谱联用技术,对福建长太砂(种仁、叶)及混淆品建砂——华山姜、山姜的挥发油,进行化学成分的提取分离和鉴定,并与缩砂进行比较。从缩砂油中鉴定了33个成分,长太砂油中鉴定了29个成分,长太砂叶油中鉴定了23个成分,华山姜油中鉴定了39个成分,山姜油中鉴定了36个成分,并分别表示出各成分的百分含量。对主要成分的鉴定还应用气相色谱法,以标准物质对照R_t,红外光谱,质谱等法进行佐证。实验除客观评价五种挥发油质量外,并为代用问题提供实验依据。
In this paper, the chromatogram/mass spectrometry technology was applied to the extraction, separation and identification of the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Huashan Ginger and Ginger by the sand of Changtaisha (species of kernels and leaves) and the sand of the mixed product, and compared with the sand shattering. .
