自80年代中期以来,组织和发展各种企业集团以及推行股份制成为我国调整企业组织结构、转换企业经营机制的主要组织措施。本文打算围绕企业集团的授权经营及其相关问题谈一些个人的看法。
Since the mid-1980s, the organization and development of various enterprise groups and the implementation of shares have made it the main organizational measure for China to adjust its organizational structure and transform its operating mechanism. This paper intends to discuss some personal opinions about the authorized operations of enterprise groups and related issues.
