目的观察CTOP化疗方案治疗非霍杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)疗效。方法选NHL病例分两组,每组16例,均经淋巴组织活检病理证实为NHL,分别给予CTOP方案及CHOP方案;每个疗程21 d,共2个疗程。结果 CTOP组,11例有效,5例未缓解;CHOP组,9例有效,7例未缓解。结论 CTOP方案是治疗NHL的有效方案,疗效较高,不良反应较小。
Objective To observe the curative effect of CTOP chemotherapy on non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods NHL cases were divided into two groups, 16 cases in each group, all of which were proved to be NHL by lymphatic biopsy. CTOP and CHOP were given respectively. Each course of treatment was 21 days for 2 courses. Results CTOP group, 11 cases were effective, 5 cases did not alleviate; CHOP group, 9 cases effective, 7 cases did not alleviate. Conclusion CTOP regimen is an effective regimen for the treatment of NHL with higher efficacy and less adverse reactions.
