一、问题的提出教育家苏霍姆林斯基指出:“教师的语言修养在极大的程度上决定着学生在课堂上脑力劳动的效率。”教师的课堂教学语言既体现了教师的教学能力,又和教学效果的好坏紧密相连。随着新课程标准改革的深入发展,课堂教学的语言愈来愈被广大教师所重视。然而在实际教学中,青年教师课堂教学存在以下问题:语言表达不够精简,提问随意,缺乏导向;对学生的回答不能作出有针对性的评价和引导,使数学课堂缺乏魅力。
