上海市档案局、馆向社会宣传档案工作,特别是利用新闻工具加强宣传工作取得了一定的成果,据1985年11月至1986年12月统计,《人民日报》,《经济参考》、《解放日报》、《文汇报》、《新民晚报》、中央人民广播电台、上海人民广播电台、上海电视台等新闻单位报道上海市档案局、馆的消息和刊发的文章达50多次(篇)。本文记录了他们在进行这一开拓性工作中的几个片断。一份令人深思的提案一天,市档案局收到了市人代会转来的一位市人大代表的提案:“目前市无档案馆,为了提高档案的利用率,更好地为‘四化’建设服务,建议建立市档案馆。”这一提案顿时在局、馆上下引起了不小的震动。上海市档案馆已有20多年历史了,而市人大代表竟全然不知。这能怪代表吗!人们这样不了解档案工作的例子
