宋健同志代表国务院在全国科技档案工作会议上的讲话,全面阐述了科技档案的地位和作用,并且对改革、开放中如何搞好科技档案工作提出了要求和希望。宋健同志指出:“所有从事科技档案事业的同志们应该在改革、开放的形势下,继续开拓前进,要有所建树,为当代和后代做出新的贡献。”这不仅是对从事科技档案工作同志们的要求,也是对各级领导的要求和希望。我们应当认真学习和深刻领会宋健同志讲话的精神实质,认清档案人员肩负的责任,用实际行动搞好档案工作,使档案工作能够适应冶金工业改革、开放的需要。冶金科技档案工作和全国科技档案工作一样,经过恢复、整顿,已经发生了深刻的变化,但是发展还很不平衡。有的单位基础工作仍然较差,距改革、开放的形势和冶金工业全面发展的需要,还有不小的差距。通过学习宋健同志讲话,我们认识和体会到:冶金档案工作要适应全国和本系统改革、开放的需要,还必须下狠功夫,出大力量,并着重抓好以下工作:
Speaking on behalf of the State Council at the National Science and Technology Archives Conference, Comrade Song Jian comprehensively expounded the status and role of science and technology archives and put forward the requirements and hopes for how to do a good job in scientific and technological archives during the course of reform and opening up. Comrade Song Jian pointed out: “All comrades engaged in the cause of scientific and technological archives should, under the circumstances of reform and opening up, continue to forge ahead and make contributions and make new contributions to the present and future generations.” This is not only a matter for conducting scientific and technological archives The demands of working comrades are also the demands and hopes of leaders at all levels. We should conscientiously study and profoundly understand the essence of Comrade Song Jian’s speech, recognize the responsibilities shouldered by archivists and do a good job in archival work through practical actions so that the archival work can meet the needs of the reform and opening up of the metallurgical industry. Metallurgical and technological archives work and the national science and technology archival work, after recovery, rectification, profound changes have taken place, but the development is still very uneven. Some units still have poor basic work, and there is still a long way to go in terms of the reform and opening up and the need for the all-round development of the metallurgical industry. Through studying Comrade Song Jian’s speech, we have come to understand and understand that the work of metallurgical archives must meet the needs of the entire country and the reform and opening up of the system. We must work hard to bring forth more efforts and concentrate our efforts on the following tasks:
