随着档案事业的不断发展,静电复印机逐渐广泛地在各级档案部门应用,使档案能更迅速地得以充分利用,提高了档案工作的效率。但是,也带来了不少问题。如:由于操作人员对复印机的使用不当,烧坏机器;机器出现故障操作人员不会检修,一时又请不到维修人员等。这样不仅会影响正常的工作,而且也会造成不同程度的经济损失。因此,笔者想就复印机的使用、保养、检修等方面的知识,作一简单介绍。
