先天性心脏病(以下简称先心病)是儿童最常见的心血管疾病,严重危害儿童的健康。了解先心病在儿童中的发病情况,对预防和早期治疗,保护儿童健康具有重要意义。我们于一九七七年年底在心血管病防治点内,对四个中学、十三个小学15岁以下的中小学生总共4466人进行了先天性心脏病普查,并于一九七九年对所发现病例进行随访,现将结果报告如下:
Congenital heart disease (hereinafter referred to as CHD) is the most common cardiovascular disease in children, seriously endangering children’s health. Understanding the incidence of congenital heart disease in children is of great importance for the prevention and early treatment and for the protection of children’s health. At the end of 1972, we conducted a survey on congenital heart disease in a total of 4466 primary and secondary school students under the age of 15 in four secondary schools and thirteen primary schools at the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by the end of 1977.
