通过对三种不同凸轮型线组成的配气机构的振动测量和研究,认为以气门弹簧座圈的振动能量分布规律和时间波形来评价不同凸轮型线的动态特性是可行的。实验结果表明,N次谐波凸轮动态特性较好,更能适应高速车用发动机。
By measuring and studying the vibration of the valve train with three different cam profiles, it is feasible to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of different cam profiles based on the vibration energy distribution law and the time waveform of the valve spring seat. The experimental results show that the dynamic characteristics of the Nth harmonic cam are better and better suited to high-speed automotive engines.
