我厂炉34、35系上海锅炉厂1978年制造的SG220/100—M292型锅炉。额定蒸发量220t/h,主汽压力9.80MP_a,主汽温度540℃。锅炉投运2～3年后,其低温省煤器管磨损严重,曾多次发生管子磨损泄漏事件。1.原因分析该炉低温省煤器布置在尾部烟道的高、低温空气预热器之间。由于烟道较宽,在宽度方向上蛇形管分成对称的左右两组;又由于空气预热器的空气通道分隔,在烟道的深度方向上又分成前后两组。这样,在同一烟道断面上蛇形管共分为四组,每组由
