TND-1(无污染低温盐浴钒氮硫共渗)新工艺能使钒原子在Acl温度以下渗入钢铁表面。用此工艺处理的45钢和w18Cr4V的表层硬度分别可达HV0.051000和NV0.051500,并具有优良的综合耐磨性能和应用前景。
TND-1 (pollution-free low-temperature salt bath vanadium-nitrogen-sulfur-sulfur infiltration) new technology enables the vanadium atoms in the Acl temperature infiltration steel surface. With this process of 45 steel and w18Cr4V surface hardness up to HV0.051000 and NV0.051500, and has excellent wear resistance and application prospects.
