Gastrin (GAS), a gut peptide secreted by gastrointestinal G cells, has the effect of stimulating gastric acid secretion, increasing gastric mucosal blood flow and nourishing gastrointestinal mucosa. At present, there are few reports on the changes of GAS content in blood and gastric juice in different periods after experimental cerebral hemorrhage. The authors used experimental animal models of intracerebral hemorrhage to dynamically observe changes of GAS content in blood and gastric juice at different stages of cerebral hemorrhage and found that gastrin secretion increased during cerebral hemorrhage. The content of GAS in post-prandial 30 min was lower than that in pre-meal mild to moderate cerebral hemorrhage Animals in the acute phase can be adjusted by diet to improve gastrointestinal digestion and absorption function, reduce blood and gastric fluid GAS content and reduce the incidence of complications.
