对两个含有超抗原Ｔ细胞表位的ＴＳＳＴ－１交叠肽之Ｖβ特异性进行了鉴定。结果显示：两合成肽均具备天然ＴＳＳＴ－１分子四种人和小鼠Ｖβ特异性的两种（人Ｖβ２和小鼠Ｖβ１５）。表明：两合成肽所含有的超抗原Ｔ细胞表位是ＴＳＳＴ－１特异性的；同时，两合成肽Ｖβ特异性的一致性，对它们的超抗原Ｔ细胞表位可能位于两肽共同序列内的推论无疑是一个有力的佐证
The Vβ specificity of two TSST-1 overlapping peptides containing superantigen T-cell epitopes was identified. The results showed that both of the two synthetic peptides possessed two specificities of Vβ and four of human TSST-1 molecules (human Vβ2 and mouse Vβ15). The results showed that the T-cell superantigen epitope contained in the two synthetic peptides was specific to TSST-1. At the same time, the specificity of the two synthetic peptides, Vβ, was consistent with the fact that their superantigen T-cell epitopes could be located within the two peptide consensus sequence The corollary is undoubtedly a powerful evidence
