在人外周血淋巴细胞早中期和前中期两组细胞(各33个)的22对染色体(性染色体除外)中,分别找出他们在早中期和前中期长度变化的差值。采用计算关联维的方法,计算出它的关联维数,并进行了分析。结果提示了在细胞分裂中人的染色体的演变具有分维递减性,从而为研究细胞分裂的动态过程提供一条途径。
In 22 pairs of chromosomes (except for sex chromosomes) in the early and middle and early stages of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, the difference in length between the early and middle stages of the two groups of cells (each of 33) was found. The method of calculating the correlation dimension was used to calculate its correlation dimension and analyzed. The results suggest that the evolution of human chromosomes in the process of cell division has a decreasing dimension and thus provide a way to study the dynamic process of cell division.
