通脉散由水蛭、壁虎二药组成,临床用于治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎,已取得了较好的疗效。为进一步探讨该药的作用机制,本文就通脉散抗血栓形成和改善组织血液供应等方面进行了实验研究。一、对实验性动脉血栓形成的影响 1.材料与方法①动物:选180~230克Wister大白鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为四组,即水蛭组、壁虎组、通脉散组、对照组。②药物:为以上四组药的醇提物。③方法与观察:采用Hladove法改良模型,每只大鼠经腹腔注射药物7克/公斤,对照组注射等量
