在床边监护系统中,心率和体温的量测是很重要的。我们应用单板机研制成可量测心率和体温床边监护系统,通过适当的软件设计,使系统的硬件电路大大简化。在巡回监护四个病人的心率和体温参数的同时,还能连续显示病人的心电图,任何一床的病人,在心率或体温超限时,系统报警,并实时地记录下异常值。本文介绍了该系统的硬件组成、软件程序和算法,给出了临床试验的结果。
In the bedside monitoring system, heart rate and body temperature measurement is very important. We developed a single-board machine can be measured heart rate and temperature bedside monitoring system, through the appropriate software design, the system greatly simplifies the hardware and circuits. While patrolling the heart rate and body temperature parameters of the four patients, the patient’s electrocardiogram can be displayed continuously. Any patient in the bed can alarm and record abnormal values in real time when the heart rate or body temperature exceeds the limit. This article describes the system’s hardware components, software programs and algorithms, gives the results of clinical trials.
