On July 6, 1992, China Intellectual Property Society and Economic and Technology Research Society held a symposium on intellectual property in Beidaihe. More than 40 delegates from the patent administration, scientific research institutes, large and medium-sized enterprises, and economic and trade departments attended the seminar. At the symposium, Comrade Liu Jianyang, secretary general of China Intellectual Property Society made a special report titled “China's Intellectual Property System is Perfecting.” After the report, all participants made speeches warmly and their reports of dedication met the requirements of reality and deeply improved our knowledge
