四项内容强化“德育为先”一是各学科把落实科学发展观、社会主义核心价值体系作为修订的指导思想,结合学科内容进行了有机渗透。二是进一步突出了中华民族优秀文化传统教育。如语文课程专设了书法课;数学建议将《九章算术》列为教材内容;历史增加了传统戏剧等反映我国传统文化的内容。三是进一步增强了民族团结教育的针对性和时代性。根据我国多民族的基本国情,按照社会主义和谐社会的总体要求,在原有民族团结教育内容中更加突出了“民族交往、交流、交融”和“共同发展”的内涵。四是强化了法制教育的内容。
