随着与世界的接轨及新课程理念的指导,人们逐渐认识到学生个性培养的重要性,并把学生个性培养放到重要的位置。传统的教学方式在一定程度上阻碍了学生的个性培养,不利于创新能力的提升,目前人们发现弹性教学的开展可以促进学生个性的发展。通过对学生个性及其发展的重要性、弹性教学模式及其作用进行分析,进而从教师、学制改革、学生以及教学过程等方面提出促进弹性教学有效开展的多方面要求,为弹性教学的开展提供参考,进而促进弹性教学模式更好地为发展学生个性提供保障。
With the integration with the world and the guidance of the new curriculum concept, people gradually come to realize the importance of individuality cultivation of students and put the cultivation of students’ personality in an important position. To some extent, the traditional teaching methods have hindered the cultivation of students ’personality, which is not conducive to the improvement of innovative ability. At present, people find that the development of flexible teaching can promote the development of students’ personality. Through the analysis of the importance of student’s personality and its development, the flexible teaching mode and its function, this paper puts forward many requirements to promote the flexible teaching effectively from the aspects of teachers, reform of the academic system, students and teaching process, and provides the flexible teaching Reference, and then promote flexible teaching model to better provide protection for the development of student personality.
