研究了无土栽培樱桃番茄不同品种、营养液浓度和采收期等对果实耐藏性的影响。结果表明耐藏性与品种、EC(营养液浓度)和采收期密切相关。在Kiyanori,Supersweet,902,96134个品种中,Supersweet的耐藏性最好,9613最差。EC4.4的果实较EC2.5的耐贮藏。15~20℃下贮藏3周后,坚熟期采收的果实商品率达78.2%,青熟期采收的虽腐烂率较低,但商品率仅47.5%。贮藏条件显著影响果实耐藏性,其中以在4℃下薄膜包装的最佳,贮藏3周后商品率可保持在75%以上。
The effects of different cultivars of cherry tomatoes, concentration of nutrient solution and harvest time on the storability of fruits were studied. The results showed that the storage stability is closely related to variety, EC (nutrient solution concentration) and harvest time. Among the varieties of Kiyanori, Supersweet, 902 and 96134, Super-sweet had the best storability and the worst of 9613. The fruits of EC4.4 are more resistant to storage than EC2.5. After 3 weeks of storage at 15 ~ 20 ℃, the fruit yield of ripe fruits was 78.2%. Although the decay rate of green fruits was lower, the rate of commodity was only 47.5%. Storage conditions significantly affected fruit storability, with the best film packaging at 4 ° C, which was maintained above 75% after 3 weeks of storage.
