1985~1998年进山葡萄实生播种、硬枝插插、茎尖组培三种方法扩繁苗木建园研究 ,结果表明 :茎尖组培树产量为最高 ,经同品种扦插树增产6 89 %~28 02 % ,且抗病力有所提高 ,产生播种树和剪取野生雌能花枝条硬枝扦插树低产 ,减产26 03 %~57 04 % ,无生产栽培效益。实生播种树和茎尖组培树“童期”长于硬枝扦插树。花型分离比例 :野生雌能花山葡萄实生播种雌花与雄花1 :1 ,两性花品种“双优”自交(花期套袋)雌花与两性花1 :3 ,雌能花品种左山一实生播种雌花与两性花1∶1
From 1985 to 1998, three methods of seedling planting such as seedling planting, hardwood insertion and shoot tip tissue culture were studied.
