建设东兴重点开发开放试验区,是落实国家西部大开发战略和探索我国沿边对外开放新模式、新机制的需要,是构建广西陆地边境地区与东盟各国特别是越南经贸合作新平台、新机制的有益探索。随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的全面建成以及我国与东盟国家合作的不断深化,东兴重点开发开放试验区已成为广西乃至西部地区全方位、宽领域、多形式开展与东盟经贸合作的重要载体。目前试验区仍然面临着一些深层次的矛盾和问题,制约了对外经贸合作
The construction of Dongxing key development and experimental zone is the need to implement the strategy of developing the western region and to explore new modes and mechanisms for opening up to the outside along the border of our country. It is also conducive to building a new platform and mechanism for Guangxi’s land border region and ASEAN countries, especially Vietnam’s economic and trade cooperation explore. With the all-round establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the deepening cooperation between China and the ASEAN countries, the key experimental zone of development and opening-up in Dongxing has become an important carrier for the all-round, wide-range and multi-form economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN in Guangxi and even the western region. At present, the experimental zone still faces some deep-rooted contradictions and problems that have restricted the cooperation in foreign trade and economic cooperation
