现代学生因为家庭教育、社会环境及自身发展特点,往往缺乏自我管理的意识及能力,而中职生恰恰是一个人成长的重要阶段,如何发扬民主,发挥学生的主观能动作用,调动学生的积极性与创造性,培养他们独立自主的精神和自我管理的能力,关系到学生的健康成长,健全人格及团结协作等重要问题。根据中职生的特点,按照“培元固本”的指导思想,研究“授之以渔”的方法策略,创造学生自我管理的条件,培养学生的自我管理意识和自我管理能力,才能使学生在学习、纪律、行为习惯、人格品质等方面都有长足的提高。
