根据中央要求,人民群众强烈关注的“三公开支”率先由中央国家机关陆续“晒出”了账本。此举受到舆论好评的同时,也被追问更详实的内情。这是落实人民群众知情权、监督权的进步,是民主政治建设进程的新发展。由国家机关“晒”账本,想到了工会经费账目的公开和监督、审计。日前,北京市总工会下发了《关于加强和改进北京市工会审计工作的意见》,要求全市各级工会加大对自身经济审查的力度,工会财务会计管理两年内要实现规范化建设,工会经费将通过账目公开、定期通报提高透明度,接受审计和会员群众监督。北京市总工会的这一举措,同样可以视为工会“晒账本”。看似不过日常工作,却事关广大工会会员的民主权益。工会经费是开展工会工作、组织工会活动的基本物质保障,用在哪里、开支多少,管理如何、乃至能否增值,
