人文精神是人所以成为人的主要根据之一,对人的生存发展起着定向或定位的作用。人文精神的观照是高校外语教师职业的基本要求,是外语语言学科教育的基本使命,是高校外语教师个人发展的基本目标。本真教育目的的迷失、教育过程中的对象化操作及单向度人才的培养是高校外语教师专业发展中人文精神的遮蔽。彰显人文精神,教师、语言及学生三重“他者”的回归是消解高校外语教师专业发展中人文精神遮蔽的理性选择。
Humanistic spirit is one of the main bases for people to become human and plays a role of orientation or orientation for the survival and development of human beings. The study of humane spirit is the basic requirement of foreign language teachers’ occupation in colleges and universities, the basic mission of foreign language discipline education, and the basic goal of personal development of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities.
