目的探讨剖宫产腹壁切口感染的有效治疗方法。方法采用彻底清创再次缝合的方法对41例剖宫产腹壁切口感染进行治疗。结果术后反应轻,伤口美观;再缝合的切口一次性愈合率为100%;再次缝合术后的平均住院时间为(4.0±2.7)d。结论彻底清创再次缝合是治疗剖宫产腹壁切口感染的一种良好治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of incisional infection of cesarean section abdominal wall. Methods Thirty-one cases of cesarean section abdominal incision infection were treated by thorough debridement and suture again. Results The postoperative reaction was light and the wound was beautiful. The one-time healing rate of re-suture incision was 100%. The average hospital stay after re-suture was 4.0 ± 2.7 days. Conclusion Complete debridement and re-suture is a good treatment for cesarean section incision infection.
