人工栽培榆耳的关键措施之一是筛选优良菌株。本试验从八株榆耳菌株中通过严格试验初步筛选出了U06和U04两株比较好的茵株,供今后试验和生产应用。
One of the key measures of artificial cultivation of elm ear is to screen excellent strains. In this experiment, eight strains of Ursus maritimus were screened out from two strains of U06 and U04 through rigorous tests for future test and production application.
