本文探讨了用紧凑拉伸法(CT)测定砂浆的JIc、张口位移COD和KIc等断裂韧性指标的试验方法,研究了试件厚度B、韧带宽度W—a及两者的比值等试件尺寸参数对各韧性指标的影响。根据试验结果,认为用小试件测定混凝土类材料的裂断韧性指标COD和J积分是可能的。还利用KI与J积分及COD的关系进行了换算,认为由换算得到的砂浆KIc值是合理的。
This article discusses the test method for measuring the fracture toughness index of mortar JIc, mouth opening COD and KIc by compact tension method (CT). The test piece thickness B, the ligament width W-a and the ratio of the two are studied. The effect of parameters on each toughness index. According to the test results, it is considered that it is possible to measure the fracture toughness indexes COD and J integrals of concrete materials with small test pieces. The conversion of the relationship between KI and J integrals and COD was also used, and it was considered that the KIc value of the mortar obtained from the conversion was reasonable.
