学前教育是非常重要的教育时期,此阶段幼儿的心理成长和身体成长都在发生着很大的变化,此时他们的学习能力最强,是兴趣培养的最好时期。因此家长和教育者往往会选择在学前教育阶段培养兴趣爱好,比如钢琴的学习。目前很多家长不论是因为孩子喜欢音乐,还是想要培养孩子的气质,会选择上钢琴集体课。不同程度的幼儿学习钢琴课,是一种音乐受教群体的扩大,但是这对于教师来说,却有了更多的教育挑战。不同音乐基础的孩子学习能力不同,集体课人数的增多成为小班化或是个性化教学的客观阻碍。为了解决这一教学问题,提出了学前教育钢琴集体课分层次教学的理念,详细介绍了分层次理念和标准,以及教学计划。
Pre-school education is a very important period of education. During this period, the psychological development and physical growth of children are undergoing great changes. At this time, they have the strongest learning ability and are the best period for cultivating their interests. Therefore, parents and educators often choose to develop hobbies during the pre-school period, such as piano learning. At present, many parents choose the piano class because they like music or want to develop their children’s temperament. Different levels of early childhood learning piano lessons, is an expansion of music teaching groups, but this has more educational challenges for teachers. Different music based children’s learning ability is different, the increase in the number of collective classes become an objective obstacle to small classes or personalized teaching. In order to solve this teaching problem, this paper puts forward the concept of multi-level teaching of piano collective class in pre-school education, and introduces in detail the concept and standard of multi-level teaching as well as the teaching plan.
