我们时常把小学生比作一张白纸,不同的教师能够在纸上画出风格各异、色彩斑斓的不同画面。也许有些教师会把绘画效果归咎于纸墨笔砚的优劣,但是毋庸置疑,绘画者的艺术造诣和敬业精神,是决定画面效果的关键,是教好学生的前提。因为教学本身就是一门精湛的艺术,教师的艺术魅力往往会给学生的一生发展留下不可磨灭的烙印。在这方面有许多典型的做法值得借鉴,现笔者进行如下浅显探究。
We often compare pupils to a piece of white paper. Different teachers can draw different pictures of different styles and colors on paper. Maybe some teachers will attribute the painting effect to the pros and cons of paper-ink inkwell, but there is no doubt that the artist’s artistic attainments and dedication are the key to determining the effect of the painting and are the prerequisite for teaching students. Because teaching itself is a superb art, the teacher’s artistic charm often leaves an indelible mark on the student’s life. In this regard, there are many typical practices worth learning, the author of the following shallow exploration.
