市场经济背景下免费师范生相对缺乏经济压力和就业压力,加上对毕业后从业待遇的担忧,对基层教师社会地位等问题的不确定,造成了其在学习上的主动性不稳定。本文从加强免费师范生的教学实践,提高免费师范生从业后的经济待遇和社会地位,建立免费师范生培养的激励约束机制,培养科学的学习方式等对市场经济背景下免费师范生学习主动性的提升进行探索。
