虽然早在80年代我国体育教育既已步入改革的轨道,但在课程体系及教学内容上仍没有摆脱过去单一,死板的以竞技类运动项目为主的模式。也没能把素质教育及健康教育施加于体育教学之中,一味追求教学内容的变换和教学形式的变化等,使学生在被动的学习中对体育运动产生厌倦,而不是发自内心自觉,自愿地参加体育锻炼。为此,本文笔者高校体育教学改革与学生体育意识培养等方面的问题做一简单阐述。

Therefore, the author of this article makes a simple exposition of the problems in the reform of PE teaching in colleges and universities and the cultivation of students’ sports awareness.
