用HRP逆行追踪和免疫细胞化学ABC法相结合研究了腰髓内缩胆囊肽、亮啡肽和血管活性肠肽能神经元至延瞩外侧网状核的投射。结果表明,腰髓内HRP标记细胞主要为对侧性,以Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅹ层为其集中部位;缩胆羹肽免疫反应细胞及HRP/缩胆囊肽双标细胞主要集中在Ⅷ、Ⅹ层;亮啡肽免疫反应细胞及HRP/亮啡肽双标细胞主要集中在Ⅷ、 Ⅹ层;血管活性肠肽免疫反应细胞及 HRP/血管活性肠肽双标细胞主要集中在 Ⅹ层。其中,HRP/缩胆囊肽双标细胞约占HRP标记细胞的14.2%,HRP/亮啡肽双标细胞约占9.1%,HRP/血管活性肠肽双标细胞约占州。这些双标细胞在中央管区的集中分布提示外侧网状校参与内脏感觉的整合。
The combination of retrograde tracing with HRP and ABC immunocytochemistry was used to study the projection of intracapsular cholecystokinin, leucovorin and vasoactive intestinal peptide neurons into the reticular nucleus retrograde nucleus. The vasoactive intestinal peptide immunoreactive cells and HRP / vasoactive intestinal peptide double-labeled cells mainly concentrated in layer Ⅹ. Among them, HRP / cholecystokinin double-labeled cells accounted for about 14.2% of HRP-labeled cells, HRP / leucovorin double-labeled cells accounted for about 9.1%, HRP / vasoactive peptide double-labeled cells accounted for state. The centralized distribution of these double-labeled cells in the central zone suggests the integration of lateral reticular gonads and visceral sensations.
