槲皮素是一种黄酮类甙元,是红管药、满山红、矮地茶、紫花杜鹃等植物的有效成分之一。国内外已作了大量药理研究,对心脏、血管、平滑肌、血脂等具有多方面生物活性,但不溶解于水,口服吸收差,大部分在肠道被分解。山西太原第二制药厂合成了槲皮素磷酸酯钾(简称 PQP),其成本低,产量高,可溶解于水。为了研究 PQP 的生物活性,寻找其临床用途,我们进行了 PQP对心脏、平滑肌、血压、血脂、环核苷酸的影响及急性毒性试验。现将结果报告如下。一、对离体豚鼠心脏影响方法:用 Langendorff 氏法,恒温37℃,
Quercetin is a kind of flavonoid aglycon, and it is one of the active ingredients of red tube medicine, red mountain tea, short tea, and purple azalea. A large number of pharmacological studies have been conducted at home and abroad, and have biological activities in various aspects such as heart, blood vessels, smooth muscle, and blood lipids. However, they are insoluble in water and poorly absorbed orally. Most of them are decomposed in the intestine. Shanxi Taiyuan Second Pharmaceutical Factory synthesized potassium quercetin phosphate (abbreviated as PQP), which is low in cost, high in yield, and soluble in water. In order to study the biological activity of PQP and find its clinical use, we performed the effects of PQP on heart, smooth muscle, blood pressure, blood lipids, cyclic nucleotides and acute toxicity tests.
