目的探讨3D磁敏感加权成像(SWI)技术对脑静脉畸形(CVM)的诊断价值。方法30例CVM形患者采用3.0T磁共振常规MRI序列(T1WI、T2WI)、3DSWI及T1WI增强扫描,根据CVM血管显影情况对常规MRI序列、3DSWI及T1WI增强扫描进行分级比较。结果 SWI能显著显示常规T1WI、T2WI很难显示的髓静脉及引流静脉,并与增强扫描图像有很好的对应。结论SWI是检出CVM较为敏感的序列,在不用造影剂情况下使静脉畸形血管获得较好的显示。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 3D magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) for cerebral venous malformations (CVM). Methods Thirty CVM patients underwent 3.0T magnetic resonance conventional MRI sequences (T1WI, T2WI), 3DSWI and T1WI enhanced scans. According to CVM angiography findings, routine MRI sequences, 3DSWI and T1WI enhanced scans were compared. Results SWI can obviously show the common myeloproliferations and drainage veins which are difficult to show by conventional T1WI and T2WI and have a good correspondence with enhanced scan images. Conclusion SWI is more sensitive to detect the CVM sequence, venous malformation vessels in the absence of contrast agent to obtain a better display.
