缺血缺氧在组织中产生的内源性腺苷使心搏停止难以逆转。作者用腺苷拮抗剂氨茶硷对阿托品、肾上腺素治疗无效的心搏停止病人进行前瞻性研究。本文报导心搏停止病人15例(男11,女4例,平均71±11岁)在给予2~7mg(3.8±2.2mg)肾上腺素和阿托品2mg治疗无效后,立即快速静脉注射氨茶硷250mg,以观察其疗效。11例病人在快速静注氨茶硷后30秒内出现心脏节律整齐(心率≥75次/分)、血压稳定,因而中止继续进行胸外心脏按压。但其中10例在复苏后4小时~15天内死亡(8例心源性休克,2例缺氧性脑损伤),1例无神经系损伤并发症存活.
Endogenous adenosine produced in tissues during ischemia and hypoxia makes asystole difficult to reverse. The authors use adenosine antagonist aminophylline for atropine, epinephrine ineffective asymptomatic patients for prospective studies.
