为解决油基泡沫钻井液技术垄断、价格昂贵的问题,使用常规发泡剂复配的方法合成了以发泡剂和稳泡剂为主要组分的柴油基泡沫流体,并进行了发泡体积、半衰期稳定性能评价。实验结果表明,在柴油中加入1.5%的发泡剂和1%的稳泡剂所得的油基泡沫钻井流体,发泡体积和半衰期比国外同类产品都显著提高,适用于水敏性地层、超低压地层和油层的钻进。
