以小麦杂种F1代和部分亲本单核中晚期的花药为材料,研究了不同杂交组合、不同培养基等几个因素对F1花粉植株再生的影响。试验结果表明:F1花粉植株再生频率在不同组合之间存在显著性差异;植物生长调节剂4PU-30和C17、K3、W143种培养基对花药的花粉出愈率、绿苗分化率和绿苗产量也产生影响,这些影响存在组合间的差异。在对F1代父母本的调查中发现,花粉植株的再生能力与两个亲本密切相关,有的还与父母本的互作效应有关,经测算,“扬麦5号”是一般配合力较高的亲本材料。因此,选择适当的杂交组合是提高小麦花粉植株再生频率的关键。
The effects of different combinations of hybrids and different culture media on the regeneration of F1 pollen plant were studied by using F1 hybrids of wheat and some anthers in the middle and late stages of parental plants.
