我院儿科1993年7月～11月用氟哌酸治疗乙型副伤寒18例,现将结果报告如下。38例中,男22例,女16例,年龄1～13岁,～3岁9例,～6岁15例,～13岁14例。上述38例随机分为治疗组18例,对照组20例。主要症状及体征:发热38例,多汗20例,寒战6例,表情淡漠7例,头痛5例,腹痛12例,腹胀16例,咽充血18例,舌苔厚腻31例,咳嗽5例,惊厥1例,腹泻8例,相对缓脉4
Pediatric hospital in July 1993 to November with norfloxacin treatment of paratyphoid B in 18 cases, the results are reported as follows. Of the 38 patients, 22 were male and 16 were female, ranging in age from 1 to 13 years, to 9 years at age 3, to 15 at 6 years and 14 at 13 years. The 38 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 18 cases, control group 20 cases. Main symptoms and signs: 38 cases of fever, hyperhidrosis in 20 cases, chills in 6 cases, apathy in 7 cases, headache in 5 cases, abdominal pain in 12 cases, abdominal distension in 16 cases, pharyngeal congestion in 18 cases, 31 cases of thick tongue coating, cough in 5 cases, 1 case of convulsions, 8 cases of diarrhea, relative slow pulse 4
