目的:通过检测肥胖青年人群血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体的含量,分析食物不耐受与肥胖两者间的相关性。方法:选自绍兴市人民医院体检中心体检的60例健康体检者,年龄均小于20岁,其中肥胖组(BMI≥25)和正常体重对照组(23≥BMI≥18)各30例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测肥胖组和对照组血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体水平,并进行等级判定,区分食物不耐受的程度。结果:肥胖组的食物不耐受阳性率高达53.3%,对照组的食物不耐受阳性率为26.7%,两者存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖青年人群存在明显的食物不耐受现象,检测食物IgG抗体对肥胖成因的探讨及指导相应饮食治疗方面具有重要参考意义。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correlation between food intolerance and obesity by detecting the content of 14 food-specific IgG antibodies in the serum of obese young people. Methods: Sixty healthy subjects were selected from the physical examination center of Shaoxing People ’s Hospital. All patients were less than 20 years old. Among them, 30 cases were in obesity group (BMI≥25) and normal weight control group (23≥BMI≥18) The levels of 14 food-specific IgG antibodies in sera of obesity group and control group were determined by ELISA, and the level of food-grade IgG was determined to distinguish the degree of food intolerance. Results: The rate of food intolerance in obese group was as high as 53.3%. The rate of food intolerance in control group was 26.7%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The obese youth population has obvious food intolerance phenomenon. It is of important reference significance to explore the cause of obesity and to guide the dietary therapy of IgG antibody against food.
