针对动载定侵深破岩条件建立计算模型,应用动力有限元法,对楔形钎刃冲击破岩时破碎区扩展过程进行了研究.模拟结果表明:破碎区是随冲击载荷的增大自刃尖下方沿刃面方向向自由面扩展而形成的,且破碎角2θ≈116°.这结果与实验结果基本吻合,证明用数值模拟方法研究冲击破岩问题是可行的.
Aiming at the calculation model of the dynamic load-breaking rock breaking condition, the dynamic finite element method is used to study the expansion process of the broken rock zone when the wedge brazing blade impacted by rock breaking. The simulation results show that the crushing zone is formed with the impact load increasing from the blade edge to the free surface along the blade surface, and the breaking angle is 2θ≈116 °. The result is in good agreement with the experimental results, which proves that it is feasible to study the rock burst by using numerical simulation method.
