目前涉及企业知识流动与动态能力关系的研究很少。本文为打开知识流动到知识优势的黑箱,引入动态能力理论,构建企业知识流动、动态能力与知识优势的交互模型,并利用结构方程模型对成都、德阳、绵阳、眉山、资阳五市经济圈190家企业进行实证分析。结果表明:企业知识流动并不直接促成知识优势,动态能力是知识优势形成的重要中介变量。
At present, there is little research on the relationship between the knowledge flow and dynamic capabilities of enterprises. This article opens a black box of knowledge flow to knowledge superiority, introduces the theory of dynamic capabilities, constructs an interaction model of knowledge flow, dynamic capability and knowledge superiority of enterprises and constructs the economic circle of Chengdu, Deyang, Mianyang, Meishan and Ziyang five cities using structural equation model Empirical analysis of home business. The results show that: the enterprise knowledge flow does not directly contribute to the knowledge superiority, and the dynamic ability is an important mediating variable in the formation of knowledge superiority.
