建立现代企业制度本来已经在党的十四届三中全会决议中确定下来, 但不知缘何因由,近来又出来多种怀疑之声。是认为难度太大,不敢逾越吗?还是回避矛盾,抱残守缺?当然,也许我们的猜想都属臆断,但有一点恐怕多数人都是认同的:国有企业只能在改革中求生存和发展,走回头路无疑于饮鸠止渴。所以,我们在本期全力推出了唐丰义撰写的《企业制度创新:八大难题及其症结》,精雕细刻、洒脱有致地分析了中国企业制度创新中的全新问题,其理论构思、问题阐述,都充溢着作者对企业改革的焦虑、焦心和“苦口良药”。应该说,这是一篇难得一见的好文章之一,不能不读。
