编辑同志: 随着我国四化建设步子的加快,经济形势的日新月异,各级领导和有关单位越来越重视档案工作,把这一工作列入了议事日程,不少基层单位和部门配备了专职或兼职档案员。笔者结识一些单位的兼职档案管理员,在接触中,得知大多数兼职档案员对档案工作业务不熟悉,答非所问,有的竟虚图空名,档案工作根本就未开展。他们反映,兼职以来,从未参加过业务培训,档案管理等方面的业务书籍基层书店很少有售;下发的专业资料,也很少介绍这方面的知识;坚持自学档案业务的兼职人员寥寥无几。笔者认为,一方面主管部门应高度重视这一
