本文研究了条纹锯鮨(Centropristis striata)鱼种对低盐度胁迫的耐受力,以及淡水胁迫后最适恢复时间范围。实验结果表明:规格(20.32±9.67)cm的鱼种在0盐度的半致死时间为(1.63±0.23)h,规格(10.20±0.63)cm的鱼种在0盐度的半致死时间为(0.77±0.23)h。同时,2种规格的条纹锯鮨在盐度10的低盐水环境中可以存活96h以上。驯化可以延长鱼在0盐度下的半致死时间。恢复实验结果表明,规格(20.32±9.67)cm的鱼种淡水胁迫时间不宜超过82min,规格(10.20±0.63)cm的鱼种不宜超过40min。
In this paper, the tolerance of Centropristis striata species to low salinity stress and the range of optimal recovery time after freshwater stress were studied. The experimental results showed that the LC50 of (20.32 ± 9.67) cm was (1.63 ± 0.23) h at 0 salinity, and the LC50 of (10.20 ± 0.63) cm was 0.77 ± 0.23) h. At the same time, the two kinds of striped sawfish can survive for more than 96 hours under the salinity 10 of low salt water environment. Acclimation can prolong the lethality of the fish at 0 salinity. The results of recovery experiments showed that freshwater stress of species (20.32 ± 9.67) cm should not exceed 82 minutes, and species of (10.20 ± 0.63) cm should not exceed 40 minutes.
