双醛淀粉制备中,影响电氧化IO_3~--转化生成IO_4~-过程的因素是比较复杂的,在自制的电解反应器中,以碘酸钠为原料,研究了IO_3~-转化生成IO_4~-过程.考察了各种因素对转化率和电流效率的影响.在选定的实验条件下,恒电流操作,阳极为DSA电极,阴极为纯钛电极,阴极液为0.2mol/L的 H_2SO_4溶液,隔膜为聚乙烯异相阳离子交换膜;阳极室中NaIO_3起始浓度为0.3mol/L,H_2SO_4起始浓度为0.2mol/L,电流密度为0.025A/cm~2,电解时间2h,IO_3~-的转化率为53.54%,电流效率为86.1%.“,”The electrochemical oxidation of IO_3~-to IO_4~-may be affected by a lot of factors. The conversion from IO_3~-to IO_4~-in electrolysis reactor has been investigated under constant current for 2 hours, with 0.3 mol/L sodium iodate as the initial material, DSA as anode, titanium as cathode, 0.2 mol/L H_2SO_4 as catholyte and the current density as 0. 025 A/cm2. The conversion rate for IO_3~- is 53.54% , and the current efficiency is 86.1%.
