阐述了国家标准对液压支架液压缸的性能要求。在分析了外载荷作用下液压缸受力的基础上,建立了液压缸静力计算模型。利用MATLAB设计开发了液压支架液压缸强度计算软件,为液压缸的设计计算及强度校核提供依据。
The requirements of national standards on the hydraulic support hydraulic cylinder performance are described. Based on the analysis of the hydraulic cylinder under the external load, the static model of hydraulic cylinder is established. Using MATLAB to design and develop the hydraulic support hydraulic cylinder strength calculation software, to provide basis for hydraulic cylinder design calculation and strength check.
